Welcome to the Seniors Alert Scheme Portal

The Seniors Alert Scheme (SAS) is funded by the Department of Rural and Community Development and administered by Pobal. 

The SAS operates through local, community-based voluntary and not-for-profit organisations throughout the country. Funding is available under the SAS for the purchase of equipment by a registered organisation on behalf of eligible, elderly people in their community i.e. a personal alarm and pendant. In addition, the first year’s alarm monitoring charges are funded under the SAS.
